order status definitions

Once your order is received you will get regular status updates reguarding it's progress. Use this key to know exactly what each status means.

Pending:

When an order is pending it means that we have received your order, and it is on hold for either further review or payment.

Processing:

An order in Processing status means that your order has been received, and payment has been verified. The necessary warehouse paperwork is under way.

In Warehouse:

The warehouse has all the necessary information to pick and ship your order.

Shipped:

Your order is in the hands of the delivering carrier. You will have received tracking information at the time of this status update to track your delivery.

Delivered:

Hooray! Adirondack Plaza has received confirmation that your order has been delivered. Thanks for shopping with us.

Canceled/Refunded:

This is the order status is displayed under the rare special circumstance your order has had to be canceled either by you, or Adirondack Plaza for any reason. You may only cancel an order prior to it being "in warehouse" You will have received a full refund on your order.
