Look for free shipping on select items thuout our store

Items that are listed as free shipping will display no other shipping options at checkout. The only shipping method available for free shipping items is ground. We may ship your order with a variety of carriers depending on your location and/or shipping cost. You will always receive tracking information for your order no matter the carrier.

Regular Shipping

Adirondack Plaza ships Fedex for regular shipping charge orders. The different options and pricing are shown at checkout, or in an estimator in you shopping cart. You can at any time estimate your shipping cost by simply adding items to your cart, then view your cart and add your destination information. No login is required.

All orders over $100.00 and not paid using a verified address thru PayPal require a signature at delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. 

• All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 DAYS  from original date of purchase.
• Most of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty which may extend the warranty .
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your refund after it has been applied to your account should one be required. All monetary refunds are processed thru PayPal. If your item was purchased using a credit card that card will be credited thru PayPal. If you used your PayPal account, that account will receive the credit. We do not issue refund checks unless the purchase was paid by check and the check has cleared. We do not issue cash refunds.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
• RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
